I am an undergraduate student at North Carolina State University studying English with a concentration in professional writing and rhetoric. My work sits at the intersection of environmental policy, institutional systems, workplace communication, and leadership-centered writing. I am especially drawn to projects that ask how complex systems shape people’s lived experiences.

Research & Leadership

Research Interests

My research interests center on environmental policy, biodiversity markets, sustainability, and the role institutions play in distributing responsibility and power. I am particularly interested in how conservation banking and other market-based environmental systems shape ecological outcomes and policy decisions.

Leadership & Communication

In professional spaces, I am especially interested in leadership communication, employee development, and the ways clear systems can improve team environments. My supervisory experience in hospitality has shown me how much communication shapes culture, accountability, and trust.
