Team leadership, HR development, workshop design, workplace systems, and professional communication
Hospitality Supervision
My leadership foundation began in hospitality, where I developed experience in team support, workflow coordination, customer communication, and problem-solving under pressure. Supervising in a fast-paced service environment strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and maintain consistency while balancing customer needs with team success.
HR Student Assistant – Professional Development
In my new role with Campus Enterprises, I support employee development and engagement across NC State’s retail and hospitality divisions. This position allows me to combine leadership communication with systems thinking through workshop design, training support, orientation facilitation, reporting, and the development of new processes that help employees grow professionally.
What excites me most about this work is the opportunity to design communication systems that directly shape employee experience. From organizing training data to planning professional development events, this role reflects my growing interest in leadership development, workplace culture, and institutional communication.
Key Responsibilities
In this section I will include materials that demonstrate how I approach communication in professional development and workplace systems contexts, with a focus on clarity, organization, and employee engagement.
